1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and pg444 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pg444 website located at pg444.live, including all games, features, content, and services made available on the Platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming products at pg444 you must register an account using a valid email address and a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP verification codes. You may hold only one active account at pg444. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits

All deposits to your pg444 account are accepted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). pg444 supports the following payment channels for deposits:

• PESONet — batch bank transfer available through Philippine banks
• GCash — Philippine mobile e-wallet
• Maya — Philippine mobile e-wallet

Deposits made using cryptocurrency, credit cards, or payment methods issued outside the Philippines are not accepted. pg444 does not process deposits in any currency other than PHP.

Deposits are credited to your pg444 PHP balance once the transfer is confirmed by the relevant payment network. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel used. pg444 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of deposited funds.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pg444 account are processed in Philippine Peso to your verified Philippine bank account or registered e-wallet. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be placed on hold until verification is successful.

Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. pg444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your pg444 account must match the name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet.

pg444 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times as these may be affected by factors outside the Platform's control, including the processing schedules of Philippine banks and e-wallet providers.

6 Betting Rules and Game Results

All bets and wagers placed on pg444 are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any wager you place is correct before confirming it. pg444 is under no obligation to reverse or amend a confirmed bet.

Game results for slots, eBingo, and other random-outcome products are determined by certified random number generators. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event as established by the official governing body or recognised scorekeeper for that event.

pg444 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds or game display, event cancellation by the organising body, clear input errors, or evidence of match-fixing or manipulation affecting the event in question.

Winnings are credited to your pg444 PHP balance automatically upon settlement of each game or event. The Platform's decision on all betting disputes is final.

pg444 does not guarantee winnings from any game or bet. All gaming and betting products involve an element of chance. You may lose some or all of the PHP funds you wager.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Termination

pg444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its discretion. Circumstances under which pg444 may take this action include, but are not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, suspected underage use, or account inactivity for an extended period.

You may request the closure of your own pg444 account at any time by contacting Platform support. Upon closure, any available PHP balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

pg444 reserves the right to close accounts associated with prohibited conduct without prior notice. In such cases, the treatment of any PHP balance held will depend on the nature of the investigation and the outcome of any review process.

10 Privacy and Data

pg444 collects, stores, and processes personal information from players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

The personal information you provide during registration and KYC — including your name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and government ID details — is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process PHP transactions, and comply with Platform security requirements. pg444 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
